One of our clients which is a fast growing manufacturing company experienced rapid increase of order volume. This led to intern imbalance and confusion, lack of direction and unproductive project meetings. The need for ERP system was unquestionable. After assessment of our client needs we implemented the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics Nav. It is now used for quotations, project deliveries, after-sales services, administration and management of accounts, subcontractors and project logistics. CyphArc continues to work with this client in system administration and customer service.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AUTOMATION PROJECT
One of the Seasonal Business challenges is the increase of customer service inquiries. The solution that we introduced here was automation of customer center e-mail processing. This freed up time for customer service to assist more customers, process inquiries at a faster pace and devote more time on matters that require individual assessment. The quality of client-case processing also improved.
